Ashley Tarin
Owner, Clinical Director
Hello! My name is Ashley Tarin, I am the owner and clinical director of Moving Mountains Bx. My journey in the field of behavioral therapy spans a decade, with over 4 years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and 3.5 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). However, my connection with this field goes beyond professional experience, as I have been unofficially involved for 11 years, serving as a sibling to someone with special needs. This personal connection fuels my passion for making a positive impact on individuals’ lives. I have two undergraduate degrees from UNLV in criminal Justice and psychology, a masters in special education concentrating in behavior analysis, and a doctorate in integrated behavioral health. My ultimate goal is to provide meaningful, compassionate, and effective behavioral therapy for individuals in Las Vegas by helping our clients become the very best versions of themselves without changing or compromising who they are.

As I learn and grow in the field of ABA, I’ve been able to grow at Moving Mountains in many possible ways these past years. I've not only been able to develop better skills in: Communication, Leadership, Creativity, Teamwork, Problem solving and many more but I’ve also been able to find my passion in helping others in an everyday life, as well as waking up to a job that doesn’t feel like work because I enjoy what I do every single day (couldn’t have asked for a better place to work at or team members). It is and has been an Honor/Big reward to form part of many cool and unique Individuals lives, being able to see progress and even the smallest victories have been one of the most adventurous roller coasters I’ve ever been on, full of smiles, laughter and challenges too but definitely a unique experience to seen my clients grow into successful individuals who grow every day at their own paste towards their own goals. I hope to keep making a difference in this field as well as I am grateful for the team/families I can share this experience with.

Fostering inclusion and supporting the Hispanic community was the main reason that led me to join the MOVING MOUNTAINS team, making this my second home for formation and family. Our founder Ashely Tarin, BCBA; focuses on providing continuous training for professional and personal growth, promoting a good organizational climate, taking care of the well-being and safety of her clients and therapist. It is these pillars that continue to motivate me to continue growing professionally in this organization.
Kayleigh S.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
I'm passionate about being a behavior analyst because every day, I get to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. It's beyond rewarding to see the progress each child makes through personalized strategies, fostering their growth and helping them navigate the world around them. Witnessing their unique perspectives and celebrating their victories, big or small, fills me with immense joy and a sense of purpose. My job isn't just a job—it's a chance to empower these amazing kids to reach their full potential. Seeing the positive changes in their behavior, skills, and overall well-being is such a rewarding experience. It's like watching a beautiful journey unfold right before your eyes.

As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), I find immense fulfillment in my work, especially because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism. Having a sister with autism has deeply influenced my career path; it has given me a personal perspective on the challenges and triumphs of this journey. My role as a BCBA not only enables me to apply evidence-based strategies to support individuals and their families, but it also allows me to channel my passion and empathy into creating positive change. The opportunity to help others achieve their potential and improve their quality of life makes every day in this field incredibly rewarding.
